Tarptent Scarp 1 (Mk I) in the snow, set up on compressed snow with the extra crossing poles. Temperature at night was -7°C and light snowfall; and I slept very well. Slight condensation, but nothing serious.

Thanks for the movie I just began to search for something reliable. I live in Poland, winter here is -20 sometimes so Im looking for something really good. Also I want to buy some good boots , anybody can recommend anything ?

Wonderful and informative video! Thank you very much! The Scarp is impressive. And it's a beautiful area that you have it set up in. I also want to complement you on your excellent English. I'm always embarrassed at how poor we Americans are at other languages and how many people from other countries speak English better than many Americans do!

@earlymusicus Thank you for the kind words! Its the backyard of my parents in law, which life pretty much in the forest, so it is good "testing ground".

should be warm... I'll get up a mountain tomorrow and sleep there, I wish my 3 season tent will be warm enough !!
