Good video dude but can you also put on bruce lees forearm workout how he got them huge forearms and no offence but alot of the stuff you do is misleading and childish.

You always explain the routines extremely well. Very easy to understand the routines and the exercises! :)
I think the "back bend" could be the oldschool roman chair-exercise.
