@SanDiego22031 - Hi SanDiego! Personally I would not use the same syringe or mixing vials. They get contaminated easily. Because you are sticking this liquid inside of you, my advice is to keep it clean. When it's sterile, it's just a lot safer. I know at first it feels costly.And that is hard to deal with when you are on a budget like me. But in the end, it's a lot cheaper. Whatever you end up doing, I hope it's best for you!

@stephanie92483 Hey girl! You may have bruised the tissue underneath. Or maybe the angle was off. If your body is tense or you're in a hurry, it's not easy. If I take my time, it's less likely to happen. But at least its a colorful one! I never really worry about it much. Thanks for that- I'm taking a short break and on monday I'm loading. I hear that if you do short moments where you do the diet, you are less likely to get immune. But I'm NOT cheating! Just eating healthy.

hi I have a question... can I reuse my mixing syringe and mixing vials ( the vial I use to mix the hcg and the bactereostatic water) ? Can I use them again when I do my R2?

hey chica! so my shots still hurt but i pinch the skin/fat really hard and then put my needle in. it helps a little. i did one on my stomach last night and now today i have a beautiful bruise. anyway, congrats on your releases. keep it up.
