Today was a slow day in the studio...mostly editing and burning discs for clients.

So I took a small break and hooked up some pedals to show all sorts of fun you can have with an autopanner and the Utopia synth.

The pedals used in this film are a Nobles bass overdrive, zvex ringtone, moogerfooger bass murf, a digitech whammy, sonic alienator, a pms autopanner and a rocktek super delay.

If you are despite this little video still interested in the studio, please stroll by www.roth-handle.nu for more confusing info.

  • if someone gave me that and told me to play something .i wud faint..wake up..and think i was in a ufo...these synths, anologs, and who knows wat else look so confusing..omg..how do u know how to work them! props

  • Well...I think I would react the same way if I just came in from the outside...I started out with an acoustic guitar, a eq and a delay and then it sort of grew from there...

But the ring tone is probably one of the most confusing pieces out there...

  • letsh shee wat it shounds shlike

  • Thank you for your kind comment.

  • sorry dude haha you seem like a cool person cause you know about this cool stuff

  • Well...I spend my days recording albums and while doing that I try to find intersting sounds to use. Pedals come very much in handy while trying to do weird and "new" combinations.

  • Brilliant, bass murph it is then! By the way, where did you find the Utopia? It's not the type of item my local music shop has and I can't find on ebay etc. Thanks for your help!
