  • Can i ask when did you start playing guitar and how long it took you to become a good guitarist?

  • @Legendnum23 Certainly! I started when I was 12 and right around 17 things were going pretty well. By 19 I think I'd really hit it but as I go through life it's clear that you constantly grow. Fortunately I haven't lost any facility, just moved forward musically.

  • that was really great. Just one question: in guitar hero it says that this is blues rock, and it doesn't sound to me like that

  • @v1c96 No idea why it would categorized that way...definitely NOT blues rock lol!

  • may i ask why you dont use a strap??

  • @TheLesPaulLife Good question! I was sitting down recording and just decided to stand up. Strap wasn't there so I improvised...simple as that.

  • Steve, have you ever played a 12-string guitar?

  • was it difficult to go from the banjo like guitar to a normal 6 string? wouldn't it be awkward?

  • Steve, you sir deserve a cookie because that was awesome :)

  • you are amazing :D

  • Are you in a band? Or have you been in one? What genre or type of music did you guys play?

  • Hi! I would like to ask you something, because I think that it is quite unusual to see a great guitarist like you answers to the comments...

Anyway, long story short, I play the guitar since 2008 now, and I would like to know if you have any advice for a young guitarist like me (I'm 18).

I play approximately 1 hour a day, and even if I work my improvisation, I always feel like I'm doing the same thing, which is quite frustrating.

Do you have any books, songs, methods etc. to suggest?

    Thank you!

  • if you just want to listen the song 2:30 =)

  • This song brings me great joy every time I hear it.

  • have you thought of working with Rocksmith?
