I'm putting this song back up because the other one was too dark. It looked bright in my room when I originally recorded it, but the video was way too dark so I decided to redo this one (PDA), Obstacle 1, and Say Hello To The Angels. The album's called Turn On The Bright Lights so it doesn't make a whole lotta sense to make a dark video. Enjoy!

  • Wow, how many years did it take you to learn the bass so well?

  • @AyashaYumi

Still learning. But I had been playing for about 6 1/2 years when I made the Interpol videos. I had been playing their songs for a while so, personally, I think they're the best videos I've put up. I put the most effort into them at least. Like, I don't watch my videos of The Editors or some of Coldplay because...some of them just aren't good. But I really appreciate your comment. Thank you.

  • great cover of this song you got a sub

  • awesome cover sounds really good!

  • @bakersman12 very accurate man. Big 'like'

  • great work and effort man. Please keep it up!

  • He always uses his fingers.

  • fingers or pick?

  • Carlos stops and starts during a lot of his basslines, not plays all the way through. Pretty close, though.

  • What an awful tempo...practice with a metronome first and watch carefully where you accent the notes in the bars.

  • Awesome cover, but be fucking delibate when you tear away at silence,it's goddam silk, you have to feel it with generally arrogant bouncyness so it slides from our ears like brains from a nose! Be curious, silence is a rythm you can manage as well! =P Lov it.I've been on the fretles for five years,I'm craving the tones right now.The times away are pretty monotonous - ^^ ><'

  • Hey good work with PDA

but when you listen to it the playing style of carlos is more smooth. I´ve put PDA online too, check it and give me feedback, what you`re thinking about it.

  • ¬¬ asi no va chavirul!!!!!
