At Fierce Fitness we treat the body and its internal organs
the same way a mechanic treats a racing car engine.
We'll run a series of tests to check its current performance.
We will then look at the goal or task in question. You could
be a rugby player, sprinter or a tennis player, or you may be a
fighter looking for both physical & mental conditioning for the
ring or cage.
You may need to increase your strength, speed or physical endurance. Regardless of your chosen sport we have the tools
to give you the engine you need. Once we understand your current ability and where it needs to be, we'll structure the
plan of attack.
The Fierce Fitness Training System follows a unique and
structured formula created to specifically target certain parts
of the body that need enhancing, dependant on the sport in
question. We'll combine raw circuit training, plyometric
endurance and cross-fit techniques. This, coupled with the
old fashioned way of using tyres, ropes, sledge hammers and
beer barrels, will give you a training regime like no other.
The combination of an intense training regime coupled with a tailored eating plan (the correct fuel) is guaranteed to give you the engine overhaul you need to succeed.

Jerry sargent is the best motivator there is ,if you see his weekly training program
you would be surprised how hard he trains ,he could easily be a soldier for the french legion
