Reading a book/ reading e-ink OR staring at a computer screen, I mean an iPad, for 10 hours?

@grujcyk Thought i'd be a buzzkill and let you know he's saying if you do roughly 10 hours of reading every day for 10 days, you will have to charge the ipad every day and with the Nook you don't have to charge it over the entire 10 days. Basically you're getting 'ten times as much from the Nook' because you don't have to charge it over 10 days.

Even though these to objects are completely different things, I'm glad the comparison exists! I think having a lot of apple devices that the iPad is not superior in reading book long periods of time to the e-book, but since the ebook is designed be ONLY for reading and the iPad by all means is not...either way, thanks :)

if you value your eyes, don't read on screens lit, read books with eBooks with e-ink

to be honoust, when i go to hiliday or something and i want to take something i can read with me i never go: oh no!!! now i have to take 2 books with me oh my god it takes so much space in and there are no batteries in it! why?! I HAVE to buy an e-reader!

These e-readers suck out part of the joy of reading a physical book. There's something special about nesting a book in your hands, especially if it's a really good one. It's part of the fun!
10 hours on iPad, 10 days on Nook, "You get ten times more battery power"
Thumbs up for basic mathematics fail...
