The most common questions I get are all based on the P90X Nutrition and what works. Well my friends the best thing I could do was create a video to explain what I have done in the past and present, what works for me, and a bunch more.

Being me I went to make you a single ten minute video to sum it all up - What I got was 45 minutes of some great content that I decided to split up and share with you over a 6 day series of videos. Each video has it's own subject discussion, some based on diet, some based on weight loss, some based on fitness training, and another of food.

I really hope you all enjoy the work I put into these videos - Of course I am no expert so if you are an expert and have some advice i'd love your feedback!

  • I was about to buy that Harvest Pasta one day, and then I noticed that it said "Wheat Blend."  I got curious about why it said blend instead of just whole wheat. When I looked at the ingredients, there were a bunch of things I had never heard of... the things you conveniently didn't read off in this video. I then picked up a brand that simply said "whole wheat" and there were only 2 ingredients. Check it out next time!

  • Good call - I switched brands, that just happened to be one I had in my cupboard at the time of the video.

  • are 4 32 g prtein shakes alot throughout a day if im trying to get lean and lose some fat from p90x

  • 20 to 30g at a time? my protien shake alone is 60g for one shake with adding nothing but water and shake mix....

  • That sucks that I can't add sugar to my tomato sauces anymore. That tomato acidity is brutal! A punch of sugar really cuts down on that.

  • Most of what you said is true but you need to be careful when telling people absolutes. Many people would argue that coffee is not good for body building. Also malasses is probably there for sweetening too.

    Finally i wouldn't recommend planning meals around protein, you need to look for the correct ratio. People often end up eating too much protein and hence limit nutrients found in low protein foods as well as carbs and fats which are essential.

  • dude, I just noticed something. You are the only coach that answers questions from your viewers. I am pretty sure that there are more but either I have not noticed or they are not as committed as you. I stand impressed. You must be one hell of a coach! I'll keep that in mind. I have not heard from my coach since my first week with him. CH CH CH Changes! It may be that time.
