Please DO NOT use an acrylic base plate, it's almost impossible to adjust in the mouth and not really ideal for registering a patient's bite. A wax base plate is ideal as it can be adjusted easily and adapts better. Also, the occlusal surface's width is slightly narrow, a thickened occlusal surface is more preferable just in case you need that extra bit of wax for registering the bite. Remember, wax is easier to reduce than to add, this will also reduce time consumption,
