Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take Five

Not particularly satisfied with this one, the fast bit seems sloppy as hell. Still, sounds all right. I made a few modifications to the arrangement for the "sax" part, to make the sax lines stand out a bit more (if you listen to Uncles version and mine perhaps you can hear what I mean). It took me awhile to get used to the adjustments. I'm not sure if you can see it in the video but I'm breaking up the chord so that the sax notes can sustain throughout which for me isn't easy when muting with my picking fingers in an unconventional form. I'm using my $5 mic again because I can't seem to get my fancy badass usb mic to work when I'm recording video. A real pita.

It's curious the things you learn when watching a video of yourself playing. For example, I will often bend strings without wanting to. I suppose my fat fingers just aren't that precise, haha.

you should be happy with this - i think its played pretty well.....slightly slower and i think it would be perfect.

you can play it better than i can - i haven't played it since i uploaded the video.

what happened with the last chord though? sounds a bit off
