so you spent all together 42+ grand for 300 whp? You could have bought a new mustang for cheaper that handled better, faster and better mpg for way cheaper... WHY?

@08WhiteSi Let's evaluate what you said. I could've bought a 2011 mustang in Feb 2007? Uh no. Does a new mustang handle better or is faster than my car? Def not. Better gas mileage, no. I get 18mpg/28hwy and that's still better than a new mustang (look at the V8 the V6 doesn't even stack up to my car). I'm not a Honda Fan Boy, but even on paper (and many 2011 Mustang GT owners have found out) a 300whp civic that weighs 900lbs less. So in reality and on paper, my car is faster. Warranty? pffft...

@nycclaye Let's evaluate what you said. You say your car handles better than a new mustang. That's saying your car is also better than a bmw m3 because the 2011 base model 5.0 put up better lap times. You say you car is faster but i have seen 300whp eg hatches wich weigh like 700 pounds less then your car run low 12s wich the 5.0 runs mid 12s. You say you car gets 28 mpg yet you raised you hp over 100whp and u lost 1 mpg? Warranty? pfft? Great logic.... I own a 08 si your a damn fool

@nervousmagic19 So far I've put over $22,000 in parts alone into my civic. If you want to get into racing, I suggest you look into the "Sports Car Club of America" and find a region near you and also get with the local speed shops and see what track days that attend.
