Ahh thanks, I've got a record that does that, but being a fav old skool tune I didn't want to have a go at botching it but... may give it a go :)

Oh nice! One of my records has that problem. Thanks for the tip!

i ruined my turntable by this, center hole too big=> wobbly=> needle was dancing=> needle broke and record was sent straight to trash bin.

this is great for ruining your records -.-, anyway, if you want to have a try, do so. You can buy an glide mat either...

hi, just so long as th turntables are directdrive you should be ok, 50 vinyl records is a start , but you will find yourself buying more again soon after, good mixers are pioneer, technics, x zone , vestax to name a few. all the best johnathan

well that is hardly rocket science! why has this got a 4 star rating and an honour??? no offence but all you did was jab a pen in a record with a small hole. why am i still here???

Great tip! Do you think it's the vinyl that causes the tightness or is it the paper sticker?
briansredd 5 years ago
It's the vinyl, you find that the hole is a fraction to small.
