My uncles started playing WoW because of Wc3 and they grew up with arcade mario n street fighter and WoW was the first mmo they ever played and WoW people r playing it that I would never expect so I guess WoW is reaching "non-gamers" as well i got a friend who plays varsity bbal n he plays WoW all the time xD

yeah WOW reaches the masses. Darkfall is going to strictly reach hardcore PVPers. I don't forsee anyone playing darkfall for PVE content.

hey your right i play darkfall...is eerm good

but the problem is people dont leave town they stay in town hit on afk guilds mates for super high skills this means the world is constantly empty so you can travel for hours to get 1kill

Darkfall is going to be a great game, especially after this new patch. (they implemented gates, GATES!!!) The alignment system has been tweaked and is alot better, so I'm thinking it will only get better from here on out.

The PvP isn't the best I've ever played, but definitely the best in a MMO.

yeah Darkfall fucking Trumps all those games, hands down. Look I am no fanboi of any game, I just speak it how it is, and Darkfall is hands down the hardest core, most skilled PVP game ever.

and as proof, blizzard has done it multiple times with their servers and mythic as done it because they combined servers. (mass transfers noob)

obviously you don't know shit how servers work. servers can support thousands and thousands of players. and to transfer about 1k people to another server isn't difficult at all and can be done in about 2 to 3 hours. all it is, is coding. it is actually quite easy.

yeah very true, Darkfall is basically skills based, which i love. WoW is just.. you know Button tapper which doesn't need any skill as it like, Targets the character. and yeah wow is very much gear based, if you have like the worst gear at that level your fucking screwed in wow. so alot of the time it's fucked up. but Blizzard have so many dedecated Customers so if they got a new gear set out, they would still just play.. to get THOSE items y'know. reply to ninjazebra9629 :)

okay.. darkfall is amazingly better than wows pvp and lotro beats wows pve by a mile.. those two games are strictly pve and pvp games.. i play both of them wow is gear based bullshit with a level grind tokeep people playing

no they dont have the technology to support that many players on one server moron

they do have the technology to transfer people to populate more servers. just do a mass transfer from low pop servers to high pop ones, they probably arent doing that because they probably feel like they want to give the player a choice to transfer or not. currently i am reinstalling and patching up WAR to play again cause after i got 80 on wow there is nothing to do and they just made that game way too easy now. eventually they will kill it by making stuff too easy for people and boring
