Rant on 4Kids Dub of One Piece(Final Part)

My last rant on the terrible job 4Kids did dubbing One Piece.

What really pisses me off is that Toonami stopped showing One Piece after Funimation dubbed it! Why!? Did stupid little kids hate the Funimation changes?

They showed all the episodes FUNImation dubbed. They're currently dubbing more episodes.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Funimation restore the black guy's color back the way it was in the original version?

FUNImation has only started dubbing One Piece from the Jaya Arc and the the guys color changed during the Buggy Arc.

FUNImation to my knowlage currently only got the rights for the OP episodes starting from Jaya and beyond.

i read what al khan said about anime and manga in that speech. if you pay atention, you notice how he basically says that what they want to do is stream anime so they can concentrate on the merchandise. this is the reason 4kids is so bad. they only care about ripping off little kids into buying cheap overpriced toys. khan is an idiot. if he wants to provide child entertainment, don t get anime that older people like and butcher it.

The thing that pissed me off is that where I live they had the new funimation dub of one piece on cartoon network 7am (I think) in the mornings. I'm not a morning person and I have a hard time getting up at that time and as I start to get use to getting up early to watch it.. They show re-runs of the 4kids dub and finally take it off the air. It's like a fart that doesn't go away.

Another thing thats really weird, is they showed it on Toonami, but not 4Kids; not only did they totally screw up the show, but also the story. I'm always tired of the dumb puns throughout the 4Kids dub. They really should've took it seriously; it made shonen jump for christ sake. Thank Funimation for saving the show; what would we do without you.

I dont know why, but I noticed on the channel 4Kids is on, that they cut out the story of Alabasta, while in the next time, Vivi just randomly shows up, and she was supposed to be a big connection to that plot; I SERIOUSLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY KILLED THAT PLOT!
