Our quality mechanical and electrical engineering staff in our Fixture & Gage Division utilized the innovative Infrared (IR) technology to manufacture this IR Welder. Advantages of IR Welding versus traditional hot plate welding consist of reduced power consumption, warm-up time, cycle time, non-contact, flexibility and welding flash.

Quite often, if a product can be hot plate welded it can be IR welded. As a machine builder, FPM's Fixture & Gage Division will test and analyze whether a produce can be IR welded or not. So if you would like to take advantage of the benefits of IR Welding versus the traditional hot plate welding technique, let FPM help you.
