  • @shrublet123 you should do them 5 times a day... and im serious.. he said it in one of his videos but obviously u cant do it so u gotta learn how to involve abs in every exercise how he trains us

  • the best and only way to lose your belly and get abs is to eat the correct food and exorcise unfortunately there is no easy way to abs no matter what anyone tells you i know ive been working out for 7 years and i had to gain weight i was 9 stone im now 12 and that takes work and time and its the same for any loss or gain ive got nothing against these vids at all infarct I think there great for technique and new useful exorcises. muscle takes work!

  • @MrXmannymanx trust me... assuming you're probably around 135 you are NOT going to get big no matter what you do unless you train for a few years and consume the right food.
