@shaddowmoses91 There are, just look into it. There are some videos on youtube with black navy seal intructors i've watched not to long ago. Haha i'm just saying that it might just be "rare" because from what i've seen it's hard for them to swim. For qual in bootcamp everyone who failed, the majority was black... haha. But my buddy who is black is in force recon and that guy is a freakin' fish. That's all we do in recon is swim. And PT in the ocean. Of course i'm just a 0621 not an 0321

@NanoVejarmora haha Yeah I know man. I am white. I was making a joke, like pretending to be some black dude screaming racism lol. Is that stereotype really true though, like there not ANY black seals?
-
@shaddowmoses91 No offense in the slightest bit at all. So DO NOT take this offensively.... But they can't swim... I'm in the Marines and me and along with my buddy (he's black) have had to get swimming lessons from a Navy Seal.... Yeah that's how bad we are.

The Navy Seals are racist. Theres no blacks!

Sayoc's point is very valid.. Overreliance on Tasers is a real concern, as when they fail, for a variety of reasons, when they do, if an officer or private citizen has no Plan 'B', they are, as they say, 'fornicated'.

A hit as demonstrated aboved followed up by an aggressive drive-stun to a third point of contact would have dropped him.

The physical effect cannot be controlled by the mind, but the Taser can be overcome by using countermeasures if one keeps their head. What you have here is a low-muscle mass area hit. The muscles effected are only those between the points of the darts. If they don't control standing or walking, you can still walk. That was the case here. A broader hit would have dropped him.

By the way the M26 was not less powerful, it just used more power to accomplish the same task. The X26 was designed to be more efficient with their 'Shaped-Pulse' technology....Ex-Navy Seal Chris Carracci has demonstrated how to counter the X26, by keeping his head and ripping the wires out as he falls, but he still falls before coming right back up.
@AyKay47 exactly! ppl dont understand the point of a tazer which is to incapacitate someone temporarily, the electric current disrupts your CNS temporarily which is why he would have fallen, there is no warrior secret behind this. it is physically impossible to not come under SOME level of incapacitation from this.

There are 2 types of tazers used in law enforcement, the M26 and the X26. The M26 was capable of being defeated by will of purpose. The X26 is the deal breaker, the will ender, and the closer. Hit with an X series tazer there is no amount of will, nothing. I could fight through the M series, there is no fighting through the X series.
