---HD AUDIO!--- July 31, 2010 - The Blue Devils Drumline playing one of my favorite accent tap exercises @ the Southeastern Championships in Atlanta, GA.

-Enjoy

Recorded with an Iphone 4's camera and portable digital audio recorder at 96khz / 24 bit with it's two condenser mics. You loose some of the quality with the conversion to YouTube, but it still has that fullness. I added a touch of reverb as well.

  • can someone help me? i've never been to a dci show, so what's the best way to see all the drumlines in the lot. do they cycle through the same place, or do you have to find them. i don't mind getting there early. just wondering if someone with some experience in this wouldn't mind giving me some help. thank you.

  • @jmc647 You need to get there at least 2 hours before the show starts and then go out and find the drumlines. It helps to know someone in the corp to find the drumlines that go far away, but if you listen carefully your ears will take you right to them; It's all venue specific. Sometimes you'll find a few lines that have a spot they go to every year, and some just set up wherever. If your gonna be in the lot, it's best to time it out right because you will miss the first few full performances.
