@KGFJ1230DJ It's the same version as the one on the Atco label. It was leased to Warner/Spector for the b-side of this Phil Spector produced single.

Harry called this song "Nilssonny & Cher"!
This was created while Cher & Harry were laying down backing tracks for John Lennon's "Rock N Roll" lp. They sang this as a demo for Lennon to listen to, as Phil thought John might like to cover it. So it really wasn't meant for release. Cher was shocked it came out at all, as Spector refused her a copy at the session! Legal hassles ensued, and the 45 never saw proper distribution anyhow. It had NO CHANCE to be a hit, 'cause you really couldn't buy it!
