@melbookermusic how about an overdrive (a boss bluesdriver for example) to boost the gain a little bit? im not looking for metal, but more of a solo level of gain for some classic rock. would that work?

@wtfjaftw Search on youtube for Orange Tiny Terror sorta metal. Dude from Feared does a great video with this thing, no OD pedal. Great old school death metal.

It could do it with a pedal. You may not get the volume you want without a mic in front of it though.

I have just bought one of these amps today, and I'm amazed by the sound, the only concern is when I turn the volume past 12 o'clock on both 7w or 15w I get terrible feedback, with my 4x12 Marshall 1960 cab or my Harley Benton 2x12 vintage 30 cab is this normal, guitar is a Gibson SG
