It's a Joke mate!I know the CH9 commentary team since I was 8 where they were appeared on my TV in 1995 AUS Summer when SL were there.I did't even know any English word but Bill,Tony and Richie struck in my mind.Since I wait until SL broadcast CH9 cricket(they did 97,98,00,05,07,09).But When India in down under their Bullshitt ESPN commentary team barking in the TV.So this summer I can't listen to legendary CH9.I'ts a crime.Thanks for this.Bill,Richie,Tony,Ian,etc.­rules.Miss them.I got you mate!

@07sanjeewakaru Dude, it's not the 12th Man, 100% guaranteed. Listen to the audio - it matches up perfectly with the visuals. Quite apart from that, the 12th Man has never released any recordings where he has three commentators in the commentary box calling the play.

@TheGus619 I don't mind rugby played by the top teams, but that's beside the point. You completely missed my point with your original comment - my point was that 9 had the rights to both the RWC and the NRL finals series, so they should've showed both sports live (even if their timeslots clashed), instead of showing 2nd rate American re-runs on GEM and GO. If it meant showing one game on 9 and one on GEM or GO, so be it.

@TheGus619 Namibia would be flat out beating any first grade rugby team from NZ, Australia or South Africa. Japan would be similary hard-pressed. I can imagine the "spectacle" those two teams would put on - more like agony actually, with all of the basic errors and sloppy play that would result. Once again, I did not say that one sport was better than the other - I do prefer NRL but also watch rugby between the top nations and did watch as much of the RWC that Channel 9 would show.
