Actually, it appears to me Frusciante DID care, but cared in that he didn't care to be there. I'm seeing some pretty intense passive-aggressive anger on his face and in his posture, like that of a very young adult who's in over his head and can't find his way out.

i can tell this peformance was'nt too far from when frusciante calls it quits the first time in japan.you can really tell he did'nt wanna be there anymore performing it's carzy that even a musical god like him get's tired of playing the same shit over and over plus he was going through a lot of other stuff during that time also i believe,

@KDeGrayDemoliton If you've had a chance to listen to all of Johns solo music you would most likey understand why he left the band again he simply outgrew the band in sound and in style he is the best solo artist i've ever heard and i really look foward to the music john frusciante will make now.

This band has MAD talent they came a long way , endured a OD death of one member , Anthony's life long addictions , John leaving and coming but with Album they get better & better there new one " I'm with you " is a masterpiece even without John who is a great guitar player !

you cAN TELL john is not in the zone and loving it, must be very soon after he quit. i watched a video from by the way era, they play power of equality and he IS loving, so happy. cant wait for his antiipated new album
