best book best Movie ever..in the book its from Chiefs pov and the way he talks about the fog rolling in and consuming him..he is going into a psycotic episode and that was the best description I have ever read..The author actually spent time in a mental ward..being paid to take LSD and let dr. run test on him and observe him..then after the testing he got a job @ the same hospital so this is a fair portrail of what mental homes were like hell sadly not much has really changed.

I live in Mcminnville Oregon and i've been in Salem LOTS of times and have seen this State hospital but ive never been inside. I dont think its in use anymore.
