1. Learn to pronounce "Volkswagen" properly :P
2. Don't do the "bow" stuff at 0:28 that's too much. Nobody does that. A firm handshake is all you need.
3. If you are in bavaria: Get ready for beer, they drink it on any occassion. If you are in the rest of Germany: Coffee-time!

ditch the translator and take a little bit of time to learn the language. in germany (and much of europe), many people can speak 2 or more languages fluently. and those with a higher degree will more than likely know 3-5 with a decent level of fluency. they will not be really impressed with a ph.d who can only speak english.
