Is it just me or does this sound like something that was tried in the 80's and failed. Then, someone thought to resurface the project under a new artist to give it a try on new ears (younger crowd). As much as I am trying to feel this and be open minded, it just doesn't sit right. I'll listen to it four more times and come up with what I think then.
