  • Great Video, I am a high performance tennis coach and am always looking for ways to fully warm up my players and keep it fresh.

  • Smitty, I altered this a bit. To complete the set, instead of hand walking back up, I do the ankle portion of the inchworm warm up and ankle back upright. I also do a single leg bridge on each side after the double leg bridging.

  • Great video, definitely inspired me to re-evaluate my whole conceptual idea of the warm up.

  • Awesome idea. I thought I was the only one who thought your warm ups should flow one to the next. Have you check out Gymnastica Natural? I use some of their stuff. Its a Brazilian form of Yoga.

  • Yo Smitty Check out my friends Primal Flow system mate, pretty similar concepts

  • Interesting

  • Dude, that looks awesome! Instead of being set in the structured movement patterns it seems like it might add some variety to the warmup as well. It actually reminded me of a BJJ warmup.

  • you guys have great advice, but not so great video editing ;P

  • good stuff!

  • thats cool thanks strength jesus!
