Great Video, I am a high performance tennis coach and am always looking for ways to fully warm up my players and keep it fresh.

Smitty, I altered this a bit. To complete the set, instead of hand walking back up, I do the ankle portion of the inchworm warm up and ankle back upright. I also do a single leg bridge on each side after the double leg bridging.

Great video, definitely inspired me to re-evaluate my whole conceptual idea of the warm up.

Awesome idea. I thought I was the only one who thought your warm ups should flow one to the next. Have you check out Gymnastica Natural? I use some of their stuff. Its a Brazilian form of Yoga.

Dude, that looks awesome! Instead of being set in the structured movement patterns it seems like it might add some variety to the warmup as well. It actually reminded me of a BJJ warmup.
