How can you call yourself a fitness guru? No offence but you look out of shape and your slouching in your chair, you might need to work on your rhomboids and lower traps to pull your shoulders back among other things and stop preaching cliches.

At least I dont take steroids to look good on the outside while my body rots on the inside.
I've worked out for 24 years if that doesnt make me knowlegable on the subject nothing will
