It's Moroccan semolina bread, you can leave it plain or stuff it with different garnish, like ground meat, chicken.
This one is stuffed with cheese and black olives. /
C'est un pain de semoule, vous pouvez le manger comme çà ou le farcir avec différentes garnitures comme viande hachée ou poulet.
Cette harcha est farcie avec du fromage et olives noirs.

  • You can use a normal pan.

  • thank u sooo much for sharing all these amazing recipes. please can u tell how long it needs to be cooked on each side while on medium heat. i always tend to over or under cook my stuff lol

  • It depends on the stove and the pan.

    My Hercha took approximately 10 min each side.
