I notice you dont seem to use the container ship main engine or bow thruster in the early part of the movement. Judicicous use of thruster plus slow ahead on main engine would assist the tugs greatly in lifting her off the berth. Its also advisable to stay well clear of jetty corners & make use of the vessels 'clear channel' status in confined areas. That would be good seamanship & shiphandling.
