That is not likely to happen, a legal adviser in the Obama has hinted that they would not pursue ANY charges against previous administration officials, for fear that it might appear to people that they were being vindictive.
I am a Canadian, and we have our fair share of issues, but the more I follow American politics, the happier I am to be a Canadian and also, it saddens me to see a country once known for Freedom, Liberty and the pursuit of Justice throwing those ideals out so willingly

The presidential oath says that (paraphrasing) they will protect the US against all invaders, foreign or domestic.
This is a direct violation. Then to start a war on a lie that "gives comfort to the enemy" is treason in, and of itself.
The enemy is in the border of Afghanistan, NOT IRAQ! Iraq is a blood and money for oil war. We give them our blood and money for their oil. BTW, we don't get the oil the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and NeoCons get the oil -SCREW US!

Every time I start to really think about all the many many ways Bush flat out lied to us ; manipulated us and continues to manipulate us gives me physical pain..lol Where is the accountability. He's getting away with this and theirs nothing I can do about it. Dam man Obama has to when and when he does he better turn his words and promises into actions.
