I love this song and you performed it in your own beautiful style. Also, this is not the most famous R.E.M. song, so that makes it an even more original choice. Congratulations, it was really nice listening to you.
Oh, by the way: not all men are the same, some of us like 'titless' women best ;)

Michael Stipe has always been stunning in his ability to capture and put into words our feelings and conditions. Many will say his words are vague and mysterious. I say, the opposite, forthright, uncluttered, and honest. If you have ever stood in the place a song such as this or Country Feedback was penned from...then you know. If you haven't, then perhaps they may seem vague.

@NationOfAblation I will, thanks. "I just can't see a person who respects women making comments like that" Again, this is because of a narrow understanding of the human condition. Like Whiltman, I contain multitudes. "Asperger's question"--yes, it was a question that was preceded by a set of apparently subconscious assumptions; were this not the case, there is not reasonable explanation accounting for the random Asperger's reference. Nice dancing with you.

@hombreazu1 I just can't see a person who respects women making comments like that, even if it is just on the internet. Also I never said you were behaving like an asshole. You offered that freely. That wasn't exactly where I was going with the Asperger's question (again, it was simply a question. If you had said yes I would have left you alone). But if you say it's you simply being an asshole, then so be it. At least you know what you are. You may have the last word. I doubt you can resist.

@NationOfAblation I agree. A person with Asperger's would be upset that your understanding of their condition led you to assume that someone acting like an asshole on the internet was, in fact, someone on the autism spectrum. It shows a narrow, dimwitted perception on your part--which also explains why you're attempting to deduce how I feel about women in general from a single comment made on Youtube.
You're adorable.
Saw the stars without any city lights at all for the third time in my life, very early in the morning, on a long flight back to Australia. Thought of this song (so apt - the stars were so beautiful), and when I searched on youtube when back at home, found this most amazing cover. And fell in love with Jul3ia's other songs on youtube. And then bought her amazing album. Fate, or just random good luck?

@complexitydaemon That depends on how you see it. When I flew back from Australia, I BEGGED the lady at the counter for a window seat in the hopes that I would see the Southern Cross, something I'd never seen before. Alas, no window seats left. However, upon returning home, the first thing I did was write a song for Omega Centauri, a globular star cluster in the southern hemisphere I saw while I was in Sydney. Consequently, Australia reminds me of the stars. Fate, or random coincidence?

@Jul3ia I <3 Requim55 by the way. :) You didn't manage to see the Southern Cross when you in Australia then? It's visible a lot of the time at night.

@complexitydaemon Unfortunately, no. I was staying in Sydney the whole time, and it was just out of view because of trees and buildings. I did make a special point to go to the Sydney Observatory though, where they have the oldest working telescope in the southern hemisphere - this great, magnificent brass thing. It was through that telescope that I saw Omega Centauri... probably one of the most awesome moments of my entire life :)
