Why Do Mormons Hate Me

I just want to know why Mormons don't want me to go to Heaven too?

The fact is you don't understand Mormonism. We want you to go to heaven. We want you to experience the blessings of the Temple. God wants you to be Mormon. God wants you to experience the blessings of the Temple. The problem is you want meat before milk. Just like was said before, you are trying to understand calculus without knowing how to add. The fact is, there are steps to prepare to understand the things taught in the Temple, and you haven't gone through them.

If God wants me to be Mormon, then why doesn't the Bible tell me that? God neglect to tell all his prophets this very important fact, and decide to wait until the thousands of years into humanity to only tell Joseph Smith? Now how shall I find that plausible?

the Funny thing is the ur confusing teachings in the LDS region, members of the church or mormons as you called them, believe all are intital to believe how they wish (fyi this not refering to any consquinces good or bad that may come from doing so). and they "secert hand shakes" better put as sacred isn't somethink they are holding from you to keep you out of heaven. just as someone can not understand calculus until they under stand the basic their is much that must be understood for everyone

@bggruff05 It isn't a matter of understanding. Your analogy fails because calculous isn't hidden from anybody wether they can understand it or not. There's no church holding calculus in secrete while simultaneously claiming it's the only way to God.

Do I have to go through the back pearly gates to get in? Can I even drink from the same Heavenly springs as you good Mormon people, or do the rest of us Christians have to drink from the seperate but equal springs, and eat from the seperate but equal Tree Of Life?

nope. Mormon belief after life is much more complicated than heaven and hell. there is the celestial, terrestrial and tellestrial kingdoms being different parts of heaven according to them, most go to heaven. the only ones that go to hell are those that truly know the truth and choose to reject it and sin willingly. plus there is spirit prison until the final judgment which mostly involves God choosing which heaven to put you in. that's mormon

1. leave the church

2.don't show any interest in joining their church

3.are gay

4. think differently

5. aren't a republican (Bush left office with over 60% approval rate in Utah )

6. are intelligent and think for yourself

@Yobachi2007 Here is what you must do: First, talk to the LDS missionaries. Have them teach you the gospel as we understand it. Receive it with all readiness of mind, like the ancient Bereans, and like them, then search the scriptures (including the Book of Mormon, you must read that) to see if these things are not true. And, like Moroni says (Moroni 10:3-5) pray about it. God will manifest the truth to you, and you can come to the temple.

@S00praGuitarbr00tal Your Matt. reference as nothing whatsoever to do with your initial accusation. You said the Book of Mormon was changed without anything to back it up. After I called you on it, you referenced Matt. as a way to fell like you had some moral high-ground, even though the Matt reference supports the LDS view much more so that the traditional Christian view. Face it, you can't support you initial argument - you put out nothing.

Matthew 7:21-23. and yes, your right about that next part. and th next. that next part is laughable. you hold yourself over me and everyone else dont you? i make a general accusation, you do the same. i reference something, you say you follow it closer than me. when you cant see what its saying. i referenced more that you, which means ive put out more facts. more facts which means your just being a hypocrite.

@Yobachi2007 Check out Cor 4:1 which states that Christ's ministers are stewards of the mysteries of God. There are plenty of references to "mysteries of God" that are only valuable and available to those properly prepared to receive them. You guy pick and choose what you want to see in the Bible and if it doesn't fit you Christian worldview then you ignore it.
