  • jesus! look at all them!

  • It's actually an infiniband connection. All I can say is that you better be rich to try to do something with infiniband. The cheapest card I found online was $99, but its transfer rate was only 3 gb/s.

  • when i heard they were making it, i told my friend: why don't they wait and get the G5 Xservers... or the Intel Xservers... then a few months later they were selling those G5s saying "buy a piece of history" lol to get the Xservers, i think its more about setting records, don't you think?

  • So? people still get confused, Intel is NOT microsoft!

  • Can you imagine how they felt after they learned Apple was going to use an Intel chip? I love my G5, but I'm already running into problems with apps not supporting the G5 PPC. Including the new Snow Leopard OS X.

  • Thanks for uploading this :D I remember watching this when Apple showed it at their keynote. One thing, what is Srinidhi saying at 1:27? Ethernet cables right? Like gigabit cables or is it something else?

    Peace.

  • why could i not put a lot of computers together like they did in the video and have my own super computer? i have a few computers hanging around, and some cash, why not? could you do it with out a computer degree? hope next video is how to video on how to make your own at home.

  • I love it , Good job!, and thats from an intel guy. lol

  • Yeah. Good luck using them.

  • this is the best way to show what the xgrid feature on macs can REALLY do.
