Really is ridiculous currently driving a Fiesta ST 1.8 im (19) 2 years NCB and when 18 I brought a WRX HB 08 2.5 (which is currently garaged) but the insurance was around 14-17 grand (quotes) done the math and next year the subaru's insurance should be around 9-11 grand allowing me to drive it. so iv'e had to aquire 2 cars because the insurance was to high on one and have had to wait till im 20 to drive my initial first brought car. what a joke insurance companies are very scandalous
