@trixie10121 I was an intern on AGT and Simon's the boss he signed the checks and all from Syco his company, not the network. And guess what, he paid low end staff like myself three times as much as I made working on The Apprentice!!! Yep, interns on App got minimum wage ($8.00) and college credits. On AGT we got $23.75 an hour plus a full year of benefits and we didnt even have to intern the whole year. Let it be known that Simon treats the lil guy WAY BETTER THAN TRUMP!

Simon Cowell is good at creating talent platforms. The UK's X Factor is huge here. I will miss really miss him if he leaves the panel of judges in the UK. I can't wait to see the US version, though. It's so different from American Idol, completely different format. I think it'll be huge. All the best to Simon xx

Simon has pretty much lost all respect in the UK now. No one trusts his judgement in music here anymore. look at the appauling management of Leona Lewis last album. Shayne Ward and Joe Mcelderry flopped big time coz of how he handled them. He just wants to find stars on his show but then shows no interest in them after they have won. Leon, Joe and Shayne are all but non-existent in the music scene.
