Bambera has an impressive lineage.

I really think Rachel Alexandra will with this race.

Remember, two weeks after the K. Oaks race, Rachel Alexandra won the Preakness Stakes from the 13th Post.

Then, even after having a challenging and tiresome year, she won the Woodward.

Not to mention her other amazing races.

Years into the future, they will be looking for Rachel Alexandra's name in the pedigree tree.

Zen is still sitting in her comfort zone shame but its funny how RA is gonna race in a race that is named after Zen i hope she wins! GO Rachel Alexandra! :)

@ZenyattaFanatic911 It's reasonable to ask why she isn't going to Dubai, esp. now that stablemate LIS is retired. Zen could be the richest horse in training & one of the richest mares in history (if not THE richest) with a win there

Makes for an interesting argument, like why she wasn't in Pacific Classic or JCGC last year... Does the word "sheltered" mean anything to you?

No offence: Zen is exceptional, but she's raced conservatively

The only reason Bambera even has a chance to compete is because of her lineage, Affirmed and Seattle Slew. Everything she's done is indicative of them.

Bambera may test Rachel Alexandra, but Rachel may take her for a ride and then drop her off. Then, if they position her right, comes Zenyatta. Bambera has not raced anything like them.
