I'm headed to Alabama today to take MotherCountry to the eye doctor on Monday. She's cooking supper so let's head on down the road and see what's she has cooked for us.

It was good seeing Mother Country again, and her supper looked absolutly delish !!!! to bad I live so far away, I'd love to have some of that Apple Dapple cake !!! I beleive everyone should have 2 desserts. One before dinner and one after dinner. Can you tell I have a horrible sweet tooth ?!?!?!?
