I am posting this video from my heart to any viewer that struggles with acne and was curious about the Regimen...I will be updating my blog with close up pictures of my skins progress from week to week.

I actually started using a heavier moisturizer from PUR minerals and my oiliness and acne has decreased a ton! I've read that when your skin is dehydrated (even if you moisturize) it produces more oil and sebum and you breakout.

@artistnsoul ...Thanks for writing to share your experience with that PUR moisturizer! I had always known that I need to moisturize more but all the ones that I used made me look like a grease ball...LOL! I just hated that! Now with the regimen one I still get oily later in the day but I am just using a Japanese Rice Paper to blot... This is really informational! But I'm pretty sure that he emphasized to cleanse your face for a short period of time. Like ten seconds or else.
