Bottom line is if he were a criminal he would be black. If he were high school drop out drug addict he would be black. If he were unemployed he would be black. But because he is a ivy league college graduate, constitutional lawyer, senator, and now president he is half black or not all the way black or partially black. For Michelle he is black. For others he is somewhat black and/or  somewhat white. For me he is just a person. I think that racism is still here because people think they are black, white or whatever other colour. Everybody is just a person and yes.. we look differently and have our own roots and culture. He might not be 100% Black like you're saying, but he's definitely Black enough of true tribal Nilotic Luo ancestry!
