Drop back into an upward bow (urdhva dhanurasana) and coming up to standing as taught in Ashtanga Yoga. Make sure not to turn the feet out on the way down and up as that can lead to a knee or a sacro-illiac joint injury. www.petrayoga.co.uk
I noticed that you do turn your feet out slightly on the upward move. I have a similar amount of outward turn--as slight as it is, do you think it could still be harmful? Great video, thanks for posting it.
