@carlabean007 I know! I had the same problem. You could try purple grapes, eggplant, cabbage, plums... but yeah, purple is hard.

question: What if we don't like eating these fruits and veggies? Would juicing them have the same heath benifets as eating them? Cause i love juicing,just hate eating them lol

@kristen12xo you may end up with more cals than u want bc you end up drinking your cals which is less filling than eating ur cals.

I try to eat the rainbow everyday! :D I make yummy smoothies in my vitamix. Carrots, oranges, tomatoes, spinach, lemons, apples, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberry juice, flaxseed, and coconut yogurt! yummy! :O And, then I mix my chia seeds in it after. =]
