Sponsor: http://PorcFest.com - A controversial political outsider shunned by his own party on the eve of national disaster. A prophet with loyal and dedicated supporters. These phrases ring true for not one - but two - great men. But have enough people heard Paul's warnings to know who they should blame when the bottom falls out? Will they know that our plight was caused by the simple fact that Washington under both major parties created and spent too much money?

  • Dont ever compare the pacifist Ron Paul to Churchill! Ron Paul would have supported Neville Chamberlein and Mahatma Gandhis view on Hitler, thats for sure. Look at todays conflict in Georgia, he basicly says we should ignore it and live on like nothings happened eventhough he of course uses more comfortable words! Sorry my friends but Ron Paul is the exact opposite of Churchill.

  • not accurate. Rightly or wrongly paul sponsored a bill creating letters of marque and reprisal against Bin Ladden (essentially a hit squad), and he voted for the Afghan invasion. A pacifist would do neither.

  • well he is kinda supporting Medvedev nowaydays which makes me wanne puke... In 39 he would be on Hitlers side thats for sure.

  • you're not listening if you think anything like that.

  • Churchill's message: We have enemies. We cannot appease our enemies. We must oppose our enemies. The sooner, the better.

    RP's message: What enemies?

  • What enemies?

Enemies that are most effectively fought by private forces. Like Ross Perot vs. the Iranian revolutionaries in 1979...he wiped the floor with them.

The government on the other hand is wiping the floor with the American taxpayer chasing a few dirt-eating cave dwellers.

  • One critical difference between the 1930s and now. While Churchill depended on the active memory of the electorate, in relation to his earlier statements, during the war years, these days YouTube will remind us. Ready access to Dr Paul's statements is just a few clicks away.

  • The coming finacial collapse is well underway, and I think its coming too fast. Why else would the gov. try to slow it down with a stimulas pkg with taxpayer's own money. As Ron said "uncharted territory", and "remnant" of supportors. I don't even think Ron has seens president for what will transpire. When the folks wake up it will be too late, I think its too late already. Its going to get real grim, its already grim in sub-prime.

  • 0:13 - 0:20 . . .Why in the hell?

  • Slightly incorrect. Churchill didn't want war, and wasn't an interventionist. He believed that it was possible to prevent war with Germany if we just stopped appeasing them, Ron Paul believes the same thing about Terrorism. If the time came too, much like Churchill, Ron Paul could easily take up the mantile of military leader. Ron Paul doesn't believe in the War in Iraq becuase it was wrong, and will cause more problems that the zero it solves, not because he wants to leave Islamists be.

  • Why doesn't Ron Paul want to fight terrorism?

    How is he like Churchill?

    Wise words:

"A fanatic is one who can't change his mind and won't change the subject."

^^^this relates to your constant Neocon banter and witch hunts.

"An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last."

    Non-interventionism in a nut shell.

And for those who think GWOT has made things worse:

"If you're going through hell, keep going.".

Ron Paul is no Churchill, he is Chamberlain.

  • I think the status quo needs to 'clean house' - and I mean all those who buy what's sold to them on the tv propaganda-machine with their fake news - they played you into thinking Ron Paul supporters wear 'tinfoil hats' and you believed it? I think the status quo wear tinfoil bags over their heads, at least we only wear hats, so we can see what's really happening. Don't be a tool bud, if you can't be part of the solution like 'paulites' strive to be, then at least go study or do something useful.

  • I've been to your page cokie58. I can't take you seriously regarding politics. You think anti-semites don't vote for puppets like Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama-McCain-Clinton? Have you asked Obama-McCain-Clinton your 'serious question?' Or just Ron Paul supporters who have 1 thing in common if NOTHING else - they love real freedom. And Freedom is not anti-semetic - I hate that term because I have first hand experience of how racist 'semites' can be as well - is that called 'reverse-racism'?
