If i had to swipe a Tax card to dispense toilet paper, I would just use the tax card to wipe my ass.
If they did this, there would be a lot of broken card swiping machines filling landfills :P that would be for sure, not to mention broken alarm clocks.
The sad thing is, we are probably only 2 years away from a sad society like that.

They already do this. We are taxed on income, sales, property, electricity, water, natural gas, gasoline, and sewage. Even death. They already do this in the US.
