Builder's Concrete placed SoilCrete on this FDR project in Putnam County, Indiana. This project was successfully completed in May 2010. The SoilCrete is being incorporated by a Bomag Recycler from Southeastern Equipment Company of Indianapolis, IN. SoilCrete is a specialized cementituous slurry mixture which is dust free and designed specifically for soil stabilization / modification and a process known as Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). The FDR Process re-uses worn out existing asphalt and turns it into new base material. After the grading, compaction, and 3 day curing process is complete the old pavement is reclaimed into new base material without taking any existing materials off the jobsite or bringing in new base stone. This process is very green and saves money and it works well in residential and commercial areas where dust is a concern. Want to turn Rough Pavement into Tough Pavement? Call Builder's Concrete for more information at 317-570-6201!
