Woodstock was America at its best and its worst. Water cost more than beer yet some kind people were actually letting us fill up free from their hose, God bless them. Paying 20 bucks to park in a field and then paying another 20 to get towed out of the mud, LOL We were happy we were sad, strung out on bad acid and feeling this was the best time to die, it was so sweet, I'm glad I didn't miss it.

I Was Born In 1960 And Was Too Young To Make It To WoodStock , But I Been To Over 150 Concerts In My Life Time , Alot of The Bands I Didn't Get To See At Wood Stock .... Just 3 Years Ago I Got To Levon Helm Play The Weight @ The Out Side Lands Festival @ The Golden Gate Park In San Francisco , Ca ...... I Flew From Pennsylvania To California To Go A Concerts With A Bunch Of New And Old Hippies..

If I could have been placed anywhere else in time.... it would have been then.... I would have made such a great hippie! I was born the summer of '63 and have always maintained God place this explosive, bohemian girl in the right year, but boy, would I have loved to have been at Woodstock. I was just a tot them tho. :( It must have been amazing!
