@TadhgDev No problem man! Yeah he did, he was the wbff 2009 fitness model world champion. I felt kinda ripped off though since he placed 4th on the championships in 2011, lol. He gives some great info but he tells alot from his own experience, so some stuff is broscience. For example, he doesn't drink milk because he believes it lowers test in man and brings op the female sex hormone. It is indeed a interesting topic, but a diffucult one also.. lol. Nice talking to you :)

I only get my information from the internet and guys like matt and tuan tran on youtube so you seem more equipped to talk on the topic than me.
