  • Quick question... if someone older (50ish) and has been mostly sedentary - can burst training cause injury or 'overdoing' it on the first go round?

  • @jaketrobinson your 90-100% effort will look different than the next persons. any person, any age can do burst.

  • @TheSooz2008 the whole point of burst training is for you to burn fat for 24 hours after the workout.. so if you do more burst training the next day, it defeats the purpose.. so you should do weight training on the 'off' day

  • Can you do burst training everyday? Should you skip every other day? If skipping every other day, is weight training okay or should you take a complete break?

  • I don't get it after the first set you need to let your heart go all the way down and then do it again or just take 15 sec to breathe and then do it again ??

  • How many calories does this burn?

  • Oh woooow. Shows how fat I am! Im sweating bullets after doing this once.
