Q3 Negative Timenudge test

Just a test of negative timenudge that makes a illusion of lower ping but nothing more, also could makes that you are more laggy for you enemies at non unlagged servers.

Well it doesnt see look good on the video with such 25 fps on youtube but, you can clearly see that if you speccing someone you'll see laggy screen, same enemys can seen you, and yes ping is lower on scoreboard ONLY on lagometer it satys the same or even raised, but it doesnt matter since its same really, it doesnt change, cuz you are in the same location.

It was tested on server with sv_fps 30 pn E+ 1.04 beta6 mod
