A corporate lawyer doing work for such groups as the Koch brothers is suing the EPS. Whoda thunk it? Try to get an expert to talk substance next time. This is like bringing a lawyer for tobacco on to say how good smokes are for you.

There is nothing more useful than watching a show where everybody agrees with everybody. Very productive. Ever seen a liberal on Politichicks (sic!)? Wonder why...

You know what? In case you haven't learned this yet: words mean things. You use them to communicate something. If you have nothing to communicate, don't use words. Period.

The reason why I left my comment with simply, 'they're stupid', is because I didn't expect to get such responses. Typically comments like my previous one don't get any attention. It was just a quick comment.

Re-interpreting the words in laws already written and in effect to putting further restrictions on companies is what the EPA has done since the current regime has been in office. Additional restrictions on things such as "so called air pollution" is causing businesses to go overseas where strict restrictions do not apply or paying for extreme modifications like I had to do to pass the new EPA standards. That is my reasons troydawg and that is why the EPA is STUPID.

Disagreeing with them is one thing. Thinking they are stupid is an ad hominem attack and does not add to the conversation (and as a matter of fact lowers it to the level of a gutter fight). If you disagree, please give your reasons. "They're stupid" is not a reason or argument.

So because I disagree with them and think they're stupid, the only possible outcomes could be that I don't understand it or I find it boring?

Shannon Goessling should sue her Administrative Law professor for failing to teach her how administrative agencies work.
